What our Accreditations Mean for our Customers

WRP Group is committed to continual improvement and professional development. As a testament to our high standards and commitment to providing a quality service, we’re proud to have the following accreditations and be part of some well-respected heating and plumbing governing bodies.

CHAS Accreditation

Health and safety is extremely important to WRP Group, both within the workplace and in the homes and businesses where we carry out our work. This is why we’re accredited by CHAS for providing outstanding service in these areas.

Gas Safe Registered

The repair or installation of any gas appliance or central heating system should only be undertaken by a fully qualified Gas Safe professional. The Gas Safe Register was brought in to provide the public with a level of protection from unqualified engineers carrying out unsafe gas work.

WRP Group is on the Gas Safe Register and our installers will be more than happy to show you their Gas Safe ID. For reference our registration number is 633910 and you can find us on the Gas Safe website.

Constructionline

WRP Group is an accredited member of Constructionline. This means we have met the health and safety standards as set by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

ISO Accreditations

WRP Group holds ISO 9001:2015, this is because we’ve demonstrated our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirement as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. Its purpose is to enhance customer satisfaction.

We also hold ISO 14001:2015, this demonstrates an ongoing commitment to improving environmental performance. We’re committed to reducing waste and protecting the environment. 

REFCOM

Refcom is the UK’s leading F-Gas Certification Scheme, operating since 2009 to help companies comply with F-Gas regulations 2015.

According to F-Gas regulations, it is a legal obligation that any company must apply for an F-Gas certificate if they install, maintain or service stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and/or heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain F gas refrigerants.

WRP Group is Refcom F-Gas Certificated and can be found on the Refcom register under REF1017228. This also means WRP Group is fully compliant and up to date with Refcom F-Gas regulations.

Nest Certified Professional

We are proud to be Nest certified professional installers. The Nest Learning Thermostat can turn the boiler on and off according to the temperature in your home. It learns your preferred temperatures and adjusts based on your personal schedule. With its built-in sensors, the Nest Thermostat knows when your house is empty and automatically turns down the temperature, helping to save energy. 

Baxi Approved Installer

A Baxi accredited installer is the highest level of membership Baxi offers to gas engineers that install their boilers. This means WRP’s engineers are specially trained to work on Baxi boilers, so if you’re keen to replace your Baxi boiler with another one, or you’re looking for a gas engineer to fix your faulty Baxi boiler, you needn’t look any further.

ATAG Approved Installer

WRP Group are installers of ATAG boilers so you can be assured of a first class installation and service from our engineers.

ATAG only supply their boilers to gas safe registered installers who meet the level of  excellence required by ATAG. This maintains safety and ensures that every ATAG boiler installed meets the companies rigorous installation and customer service standards.
